Well today went a little better, we got to the MOT and passed with no problems, so we are now back on the road!
We got the bus back on Tuesday afternoon ready to take it for MOT yesterday morning, however a flat tyre prevented me from being able to take the bus anywhere. The inner tube has now been replaced and everything should be fine, the only problem now is the MOT has now run out. It is booked in for a new test on Monday afternoon and assuming all goes well we should be back up and running on Tuesday 22nd.
Having now taken the bus in for service, I have been informed that some new parts for the bus need to be ordered, this means a slight delay in getting the bus back and therefore in getting the MOT done. The MOT is now booked in for the 16th May if all goes well we should be back on for the regular Shrivenham visit that evening. I am sorry for those this means will miss out, we do try and keep these interruptions to a minimum but sometimes these things are beyond our control. Keep coming back here or sign up to the emails to be kept up-to-date with this and others issues concerning the bus.

The bus is due routine maintenance and MOT and will therefore be off the road from Tuesday 1st May till Wednesday 9th May, we should then be up and running again for the rest of term.
The website has been updated, this means minor differences on the look and feel of the site which I think make better use of the computer screen and looks slightly better. The major changes are in the background and the way the whole site now works, this makes for a more efficient site that should be much easier. Along with the new look is the option to subscribe to the news page, by entering you email address in the box on the left and clicking subscribe you will automatically be sent any news as it is added to this page. This will make this page much more useful for sending out info on updates to the website, new documents etc as well as making it easier to inform people on changes to the diary and problems with the bus etc.
